- Description: I've been pulled over twice by the same motorcycle cop. The speed limit on Henderson changes from 35 to 30 right past the train tracks. He waits under the tressel. He is entirely too eager to give out a ticket to people who haven't slowed to 30. But get this...where he stops you, it hasn't changed to 30 yet. I didn't get a ticket either time because I stood up to him. This guy is stopping people that aren't speeding. I have put in a complaint at the station, but in this town, I doubt anything will come of it.
