- Description: There is a big hill that you have to go down and they love to sit in the entrance of the park and get you or behind the garbage receptacle at the apartments on the other side of the road. It is nearly Impossible to do 20 down that hill.

They moved the cop that used to stay at this location to Code Enforcement. He loves to write tickets. He stoped me for speeding and I was behind another car.

This trap caught me years ago. The only 20mph sign on that road was right in front of the patrol car.

What makes this even more ridiculous is the side road you pull onto the road is hafway down the blind side of the hill mentioned. You have to accelerate or get run over. You're lucky if you are under 40 MPH by the time you get in the roadway where the police are "staked out."
