- Description: Cops like to sit on the sidestreets that intersect with Boulevard directly south of 2nd Street. You can't see them until it's too late to slow down. The speed limit drops down to 30mph in this area, and they like to catch UCO students who are late to class in the morning. Be careful on this area of Boulevard any time of day, but particularly in the morning!
