I think all this guy does is traffic stops. He does tend to issue a lot of warnings, so if you're not wildly over the limit or have a lot of violations already, there's a good chance you'll get off easy. I think he moves around a bit from place to place in this area, so it's worth being wary of that whole stretch.

In the mornings he faces South from the Elementary School parking lot. In the afternoons he faces North from the Fire Department parking lot.
