On S.D.Hwy 79 Thru Hermosa S.D. Hermosa, South Dakota

Speed from the north drops from 65 to 55 sharply (small hard to see sign) and from the south speed drops from 75 to 55 for about two miles thru Hermosa. Local cop sets beside road in unmarked Suv. Hwy 79 to Rapid City constantly has S.D. HWY patrol anywhere from one to three in 15 mile stretch to Rapid Cidy using radar.

Sorry I clicked on No, this is definitely Not a speed trap and it ended up adding my vote that way. I know it is definitely a speed trap and tried to change that with no luck.
