I-79 at state route4 South approx 4 miles Gassaway, West Virginia

Police vehicles "hide" on straight area of rt4 just below
old "drive in theatre" at welding shop. Speed is 45mph, they will write for anything over that. You are then ticketed or "tried" before municipal judge. If unable to pay fine, vehicle may be impounded.
