State Route Van Dyke M-53 near St. Clare Street
The cops view this intersection while they sit in a doughnut shop! Their real specialty is to write you for running a yellow light that is the minimum three seconds long. On my court day there were two others cases just like mine.

I agree. I had this happen to me as well and of course I lost when I went to court. I realized too, that the light is normally blinking yellow at that hour (11:30pm) but was not on this particular night (Father's Day 2008).
