Crown Valley Parkway
Be careful during morning drive time coming out of Ladera Ranch on the Crown Valley Parkway Bridge.
An Orange County Sheriff’s motorcycle cop likes to sit on the upslope secton of Crown Valley Parkway in Mission Viejo land. He uses radar gun to nail drivers at around 8:45 to 9 AM … right when he knows you’re late for work and the road is busy too.
He likes to sit on the parking lot driveway near the Montessori School, Donut Shop, and Laundromat. He likes to pull people into the parking lot and/or into the right turn lane going to Marguerite Parkway.
For a while he would sit his bike on Jardines looking down the grade at people driving up. When he does that and if you are in the right lane coming over the bridge, you can see him coming down the grade of Crown Valley Parkway to the bridge. Keep a look out for the guy.
The Motorcycle cop parks in broad daylight with his bike so you can see him a half mile away. If you’re in the center lane or left lane going towards Mission Viejo, you may miss him if you have a large SUV or truck to your front right.
