Traps are usually set up at on Hwy 57 on both east and west ends of city limits. The trap nearest the western limit is set on the north side of the highway in Fayette County although the city is actually located on the line in Hardeman County. The east end trap is located on the south side of the highway in the parking lot of an old business now deserted. Speed limit is 40. They will allow some (5 or 6 MPH) overage but if you are stopped you will be ticketed. Radar controlled including monitoring while meeting traffic on patrol. Out of towners don’t stand a chance.
