Berlin School zones
Any school zone specially in the mornings. Posted speed anytime is 25mph but in school zones its 15 mph. Be carefull they blend in good to parked cars.

The city of Berlin is the only city, town, or village in the whole state that post a speed limit of:
15MPH from 7:00AM to 3:30PM. This is against the laws of the state since the state of NH suggest a 20MPH when children are PRESENT. Route 16 into and out of Berlin is 25MPH. Route 16 is a state highway and the only authorized to change speed limits on state highways is the state legislators. However, in Berlin our city fathers take it upon themselves to change whatever laws the state of NH enforces to suit themselves.
