Toshiba Drive right after turn off of Carver lane
If You are heading up Carver lane off of Lebanon RD/West main and you turn onto Toshiba lane, he/she sits in that parking lot right next to the storage shed place right after those red brick duplex/townhomes. You cant see him when you turn off of Carver but you can if you are coming from Hartmann you may see him before he paints you. The SL is 30MPH on that road but most people go 40 or more because there is little or no traffic on that road.

How is this a speed trap? The limit doesn't change from what you've stated, people just choose to ignore it because they feel they should be able to drive faster.
By definition, a speed trap is an area where the posted speed limits are well below what "feels right" to most people.
