Cops sit in vacant lot near junction of Rts. 106&140
Usually between 11AM and 2PM, the motor cycle cop sometimes accompied by a patrol car sits and observes people going east on Rt. 106 through the lights at Rt. 140 looking for motorists who proceed through the traffic light when it just changed to red.
