Winscott & Bryant St
I just want to say Benbrook cops are very unprofessional. My son watched his car being stolen right out of our driveway one night, called 911. The cops came right away, but would not chase down the car tho my son was trying to.
He saw a Benbrook cop just sitting at the end of our street, who watched his car drive by, and did nothing. However, the continually pull my son over for really petty stuff. In my opinion, they are nothing but cowards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't believe that Bryant st. intersects with Winscott street at any point, so I assume you mean Bryant street AND Winscott St.
Yes, you will see a lot of cops on Winscott street, so yes, you have to watch your speed for several reasons. One being the police station is one block off of Winscott, it's a main thouroughfare through much of Benbrook, there are several pedestrian crossings, and two parks.
I rarely see cops "laying in wait" for speeders on Winscott, just driving. Because it's easy to speed through there without realizing it, I don't think cops need to look very hard for speeders.
