Bell lake Rd. between RT 41 and Collier Pkwy
30 mile speed limit, and cars are stopped going over the limit. Since the road was completed there is more traffic on the road now.

This is a rediculous speed limit. It should be 35-40 mph at a minimum. Sometimes I think the county negotiates speed limits with the cops so they can fatten their coffers. Despicable! RAISE THIS SPEED LIMIT PASCO COUNTY!
