Interstate between Ulm and Great Falls
The highway speed changes from 75 to 65 quite a ways before Great Falls city limit. The 65 mph sign is small and hardly noticeable and I don’t believe most drivers would think the speed limit would change so far from the city limits. Hence the speeding tickets.
