On Dickinson Rd before you reach the Confederate Cemetary.
They park in the apartments circle driveway on the left side going towards the cemetary where you can not see them from either way, then stand by a the large apartment sign where you can not see them and give tickets to people leaving funerals. This happened to me and while I was there they pulled over over 6 more. Its a shame they have to pull people over when they are paying thier repects to a lost loved ones.
