At southern end of Hwy 31 where it exits to Hwy 544
SCHP sites beside exit ramp where speed reduces from 60 mph to 45 mph. This dramatic change is in preparation for the exit ramps (either east or west bound) but the cops get you as you enter into the new speed zone long before reaching the ramps. Definitely a speed trap.
