Right before the delmar race track
One cop sits on the east bound side off the road while another cop sits on the westbound side in a parking lot of a business. They do not have their running lights on. I even saw a suv law enforcement officer sitting in the median. Beware, you don’t see them but they see you. You can pick them up if you have a fuzz buster yourself.
