Grand Ave. east of Sepulveda Blvd
There is a shopping center located at the northeast corner. There is an entrance/exit which connects to Grand Ave. There is a posted No Left Turn sign. A motorcycle officer hides in a business driveway on the north side of Grand Ave. You can’t see him when your exiting the shopping center. Many citations are written here.
