Goucher Blvd intersect of either Ridgewood Rd or Jacobo Lane
Police car with radar parks on side street and can get vehicles going in either direction. There is no sudden decrease in the speed limit and there is a lot of traffic on this part of the road during busy times. The trap is especially active at times of very little traffic (eg: Sunday mornings, etc)
