Hwy 25 at Concord before intersection to go to Heber Springs
Driving west after a 45mph turn into Concord, the speed limit drops to 35mph in about 200 yards. The New Chief of Police sits back in the cemetery drive about 100 feet before intersection/turn. There are plenty of trees to obscure his vision but he is not hesitant to inflate your speed. The fine was $215 with a 6 month probation option to keep points off your dmv record for additional $40. Law enforcement up to the same tricks despite being indicted in a federal civil lawsuit.
