Riverside Drive near Spring st and Rose Cemetery
Traffic patrol will hide in driveways at the bottom of the hill to pull people over where the speed suddenly drops to 35. Then they make you go to the Zaxbys so to pull you out of site (so unexpected victim do not see you getting pulled over) so their partner can pull over the next guy. They tag team and pull people over on their way to work most likely.
