Rt 123 going south just past Occoquan Regional Park goes down a steep hill before the bridge over the Occoquan River. Rd is 3 lanes wide & at top of hill speed limit sign of 55. There is no reduced speed ahead sign before passing a smaller speed limit sign of 35 that’s easy to miss.
Near the bottom of hill is a pull over area where the cops sit with radar and have people pull over from the right lane. Cars going by in center or left lane can’t pull over as it’s too dangerous to have them do so.
