Enforced by local police, sometime by state police. On Rt-16, east of Rt. 113, through the entire town of Ellendale: 25MPH strictly enforced with radar. I have traveled this route 20-25 times a year for almost 30 years, and I see the local cop staked out at least 50% of the time. It’s the worst trap on a popular route from the DC/Baltimore area to the DE beaches and Ocean City. Beware! Anything above 30 might rate a stop. Also, DE drivers must have current insurance proof or it’s a sure ticket.
