The speed limit going east to west drops from 65 to 55 several miles east of Bison Ranch. It then drops to 45 as you enter Heber/Overgaard and remains at 45 all through town until you pass the second Circle K leaving town. The limits are reasonable...people wanting to speed through town are not....nuf said.
