Magnolia Boulevard near Lake Street
Motorcycle officer sits at corner of Lake and Magnolia next to power plant facing the bridge over I-5 freeway and zaps cars as they come over crest of bridge. You can’t see them until you have passed over bridge, but they get you before you see them.
