Interstate 10 West near Highland Springs Road
Stop after exit of 10 West onto Highland Springs Road. No turn on red sign is hard to see! And you won’t see the hidden Banning Police officer either. He went to Charm School, very nice. But you’re busted! Do not turn on red by mistake, it’s very easy to do. Watch out — they are!I wasn’t the only victim.

This person is right...the no right turn on red sign is hard to see but there is another one across the street. The reason is because of the frontage road which also has a light.
There are two 'no left turn' signs that are very visable. One coming down the ramp and the 2nd on the traffic signal. If you see the light is red or green you should see the sign. When it was first put up years ago, it was in the small center divider where it couldn't be seen. I wrote a letter and they changed it to the signal within days.
It is worth the waiting. I have seen many drivers make the right hand turn, and they didn't get stopped. However, I have also seen several who weren't so fortunate. The signal isn't very long, and the risk of an accident or the ticket isn't worth the seconds you gain (or lose) by making the right turn on the red. Not to mention the cost of the ticket! Besides after a long ride on I-10 it feels good to stop and relax a minute.
