Exchange Boulevard near State Route Greenville Ave. Hwy. 5
It’s usually in the A.M., going to work times. A patrol car sits just off Exchange in the new Kroger parking lot. Usually in front (along side) of the prescription drive in lane. He uses a hand held radar gun, with his car door open. He is shooting the West bound lanes.

Just for a bit of clarification on this trap. Yes the officer does sit in this location early in the morning but he does not use a handheld radar gun. It is an LTi Ultralyte LRB laser gun so anybody that has a radar detector only has no chance at detecting him before he shoots them.
