O’connor Road near Randolph Boulevard
patrolled at intervals and only a 1/2 mile stretch is Live Oak. San Antonio on the west sees little in the way of patrol vehicles and Bexar County on the east sees even less. Lot’s of action especially late in the month [of course there’s no such thing as a ticket quota]

This is definitely a speed trap. I travel every morning at 7:00 a.m. and 6:00-9:00 pm. There is always a patrol car patrolling the area between Randolph and Kitty Hawk in the mornings and many a time I seed them giving tickets. Not so much in the evening, though.
