There’s a fair stretch of Westwind between stop signs, that slopes downhill. A cop usually waits on Tarascas – you can’t see him because of a hill coming around a curve. The posted speed limit is 30 mph which is a little lower than before or after that spot. Not unduly restrictive, but most of the streets around that part of town have higher limits.
