Lake Shore Drive near marina Drive
the broward county sheriff’s patrol car sits up the road unnoticed and as the cars come around the bend in the road( Lake Shore Drive) going over the 25 miles per hour limit he catches them. He’s there several times a week (different days) but usually around 4-6 or 7 PM. He catches people like flies to flypaper. He’s getting a “killing””in quotas at this sight in giving tickets!”

This road goes through a residential community. It is used as a cut through from one major
road to another. We have all types of cars and trucks including 18 wheelers speeding through here with no concern for the safety of the residents of the community. And yes I am a resident.
The Sheriff's Department plays no favorites with ticketing. If you are speeding and just passing
through or a resident of the community you will be ticketed.
We have speed limits for a reason and 25 miles per hour means just that no matter who you are.
