The officers use police cars without lights on the roof to blend in. They have radar in these cars and they can get cars coming up behind them as well as the ones in front of them. They also will hide their cars and use laser to catch you. This is a high and strict enforcement area for them. They also park empty cars where they are visible just to trick people.

The speed limit here is 30 MPH and the reason enforcement has increased is because 2 fatal pedestrian accidents have occured in the last few months. Expect the enforcement to continue as local residents have demanded such from the city.
