Lowned County Sheriff’s Depart. maintains constant patrol but the speed is standard for interstate traffic. Just don’t exceend the limit by 5 mph. This is a high drug traffic area and therefore it is watched closely.

Comments:
This is for anyones information Georgia state law states that No, repeat, No City or County police, in the state of Georgia, are allowed to pull you over for speeding until you reach 11 mph over the speed limit, unless the posted speed limit is 25 mph or less. This is a STATE LAW. State Troopers on the other hand are allowed to pull you over for 1 mph over if they so choose. So if you get a ticket for speeding by a city or county cop, for 1-10 mph over (if posted speed is over 25), get a copy of the law and take it to court and the judge will have to dismiss the ticket. Stand up for your rights AND BE POLITE when you do. DENY SEARCH, ITS UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Yes they will get a dog and the dog WILL alert, and they will search you but if you have nothing then you have nothing to fear. It is never a waste of your time to stand up for your rights but it is a complete waste of thier time if you have nothing. THE HIPPIE
