US Highway 24 near Dupont/Americain Buildings
On 24 leaving/coming into El Paso from the East, the city cops will sit in the entrances to the two businesses on that side of town and wait for you. Easy to speed when coming into town since you really aren’t in town yet, but the speed limit changes. Lots of revenue these cops make from tickets, will also get you for other "small" violations.
