400 block of Manhattan right after you turn off of 4th street
mostly it’s a motorcycle police who sits off to the right on the corner of the first street when you tirn off of 4th street onto Manhattan Blvd. they are there everyday at lunch time. the speed limit is only 20mph, and should be at least 30. this is what i would call a speed trap

This is a speed trap. However, it is a residential neighborhood with children, the edlerly, and pets...please go slow for them and you...20 mph
