Elm Street near 8th to Washington
On the left directly before the Pence Union Building there is a cop waiting for someone exceeding the posted 20. This one is heavily watched while students are crossing at 10th, but is still enforced regularly during off times. This one is a very popular speeding area due to the steep hill (trying to get momentum going up or trying to slow down while going down).
