This is my neighborhood. We have noticed the trap setting diminish somewhat over the past few months since they installed ridiculous, superfluous barriers in the middle of Rainier Avenue to further impede the traffic flow. It is ludicrous yet true that commuters receive expensive tickets for doing 5 over. Don’t travel this strip of road at night! If you do, you are taking your life in your own hands as the same police who are giving these tickets to law abiding commuters stand by as street racers going over 100 mph each and every night cause damage and stress to the homeowners and law abiding drivers. This has been reported over and over, but… Nice work guys! Great use of our tax dollars!
