Cops will be parallel parked and hidden on 15th street by the bike path, usually in marked cars. It would be just as safe to travel at 30 or 35 mph, but they will enforce 25 mph. I got a ticket there a few years back and I still see them hiding there, sometimes under the shade from the trees on hanging down over the sidewalk from the park. I guess they’re trying to catch high schoolers from Washington Lee or H-B Woodlawn
