South of interstate 89 @ Winooski exit
35mph to 25 mph at the bottom of the hill – notorious speed trap. 3 to 5 cars in a liquor store parking lot at the bottom of a winding hill, the 25 mph sign hidden behind other signs and overgrown trees. I have heard the trap as been here for over 10 years.

This is the same as the "East Allen Street" speed trap discussed above. I think it is the main revenue source for the City of Winooski.
