State Route 138 near JT Connell High Way
At the end of the Newport bridge going eastbound on 138, you’ll take the Fall River exit (not the Newport Downtown exit). After you get off the ramp, the speed limit is 25 MPH. When you head towards the next ramp, the speed limit rises to 30 MPH (on the ramp continuing to 138). There are two traps; (1) They hide at the end of the exit near the next ramp. (2) They blatently hide, as soon as you exit the first ramp, on the breakdown lane.
