State Route 65 North near West End Bridge
Trap is immediately after West End Bridge Overpass Northbound. Motorcycle officers work in pairs observing and clocking from overpass. Trap is in a reduced speed area of a normally 40mph zone…normal limit is artificially low for the nature of the 4-lane. Speed is clocked fully 1/10 mile prior to legal signage marking the active construction zone, but fines are doubled anyway.
