Coming into the city of Morris going east bound, just before the 4 way stop sign. There is a carwash, 8 times out of 10 there is a police officer there. Morris has a new police chief and he is giving everyone tickets. So many tickets were issued in the month of November, traffic court had to be split up into two court dates. Even if you are not speeding they will look for a way to pull you over. Also coming west bound into Morris just before you get to the school the road curves and there is usually a police officer there.

The locations are accurate, but the amount of tickets is wrong. They have never written that many tickets, and the 2006 Chief is gone. The new Chief is writing even fewer. However, be sure that you come to a full stop at the stop sign - no rolling stops.
And when he said make a complete stop that doesn't mean tap your brakes and then procede through the intersection. And Morris does not write slot of citations. They have a new chief now who doesn't put up with that. You people are crybabys!!! Have a good day
