Local enforcement sits off the road ajacent to Richlands High School just past Richlands Middle School on the east end of town and in a church parking lot just west of the Richlands Plaza (Food Lion)shopping center or in the vicinity. Results of violators is listed in the local paper weekly and is found to contain mostly people who are not from the local vicinity. Most are Marines, beach owners traveling through to the base or beaches. One or two locals might show up occasionally as offenders.
