Flomaton, Alabama Speed Traps

Traveling southbound on US31 south in between Brewton, and Flomaton where 31 turns into a 2 lane and then back into a four lane right when you enter into Flomaton. US31 will make a slight curve to the right where you can’t see what’s up ahead the cop will be off to the left over in some brush waiting to get you. I was stopped for 1 mph over the limit. However, due to some helpful information from a former law enforcement officer I was able to have the ticket dismissed due to the writing officer failure to provide a radar calibration log, to prove that his radar was accurately calibrated.
