Kinsey, Alabama Speed Traps

At bottom of hill coming from Dothan. Kinsey city limits and 35 MPH signs side by side just before the short bridge. He sits on other side of bridge just off road. There is more crime in Kinsey per capita than most cities/towns around but they spend their nap time catching those pesky 10-12 MPH over the limit speeders. You are coming down a hill and don’t have much time to see the sign and slow down. In Alabama, the fine is the same for 25 MOPH over the limit as it is for 1 MPH over the limit.
State troopers will give warnings usually but not these little towns. I got a ticket at age 21. Not another one till I am now almost 69.
