Boundary and Idaho

You turn onto Boundary going West which is 25 mph, at the corner of Boundary and Idaho, shortly after is a speed limit sign posted 35 mph, the police like to sit in that parking lot on the left of the hill and like to catch you “speeding” going down the hill and when they pull you over give you the ticket for going past the posted speed limit of 25, not the 35 which is directly in front of you going down the hill

West 88th right across from Dimond High School

Anchorage, AlaskaFeb 01, 20110 Comments

There are two turn off streets right across from the high school on west 88th. At least twice a week there are cops pulled far enough back on the side streets to catch motorist going above the 20 mph during school because the lights are flashing. One afternoon before 12:30, 2 people were pulled over in less than 5 minutes.
