Heading out of town eastbound on Secondary 659.
Leaving town the limit goes from 50 km/h to 70 km/h to 100 km/h. The 70 km/h section of road is just standard highway and they pick off people on the way in and out. The other day they had 5 cruisers stacked up in plain view with a Constable sitting behind the open hood of a car with the gun. Far enough from the edge of town to not be easily seen but close enough to pick off suckas.
