Across from the Coal Research Building on the south edge of town sits a crew cab truck on the west side of the hiway in the ditch where 80 k becomes 70 k. He has his back window open taking nice photos–of you and your car.

A dubble wide highway way off to the edge of town thats rated 70 down from 110. Always a cop waiting near 7-11.
