Photo radar on the service roads all along this stretch. Typical Edmonton, the speed limits fluctuate from 60 kph West of 170th to 50 along this section even with service roads! Laser radar esp. at 95th & 160 St. Hides behind the hedge and stop sign. This stretch of the road should be 60kph.

This place is infested with photo radar, speed-on-green cameras, red light cameras, and active radar/laser. there are numerous construction zones where “freeways” are supposed to be, most of the time with nothing going on except for active traffic toll collection. The most motorist unfriendly environment outside London England.
