If you’re heading east on Whoop-Up Drive, there is often a van parked off the road, in a dip in the coulee so he’s hidden from the traffic. You can’t see him until you pass him and look in your rear-view mirror. It’s near the bottom of the hill so people are generally going over the 90km/h speed limit by this time.

The speed limit drops after you past the movie mill to 30 kmh from 50 kmh, the photo radar truck will be parked on the North side of Road, usually right in front of another vehicle
